Shiver me timbers! Our Legends Cookbook friends have a new Zelda themed fan cookbook on the horizon. This time around, it’s a Wind Waker themed book called Hero of Tides that is filled with tasty and creative tropical recipes inspired from the game. A Kickstarter fund is in place for it to help cover publishing and material costs. At the time of this writing, the fund currently sits at an astonishing $12,946 USD, well past its original $2,002 USD goal by over 646%.
Where is all the extra money going? To even more Zelda fan made booty, of course. Thanks to the generosity of its donors, Hero of Tides now has over eight stretch goals unlocked, which enables more pages to be added to the book that include fun fish and fruit facts, instructions on how to steam with banana leaves, and even an island survival guide. (Because every swashbuckling hero needs one.) Fan made merch is available on the Kickstarter page as well and the complete details can be found here.
