Check out this awesome, klezmerized rendition of ‘Kass’s Theme’

The VGM cover band Glitch Kibbitz, known for their “klezmerized” interpretations of classic video game songs, has produced this new version of “Kass’s Theme” from Breath of the Wild. This arrangement, named “Kass’ Waltz,” brings an Eastern-European feel to this beloved song, combining an assortment of instruments like clarinet, bass, saxophone, trombone, and more.

The single’s beautiful cover art was done by Emmy Toyonaga and features a Wind Waker-style illustration of Kass himself, as well as a piece of Hylian text that contains a hidden message that, with a little bit of research on ancient Hylian lettering, is quite fun to decipher.

You can listen to and purchase the song on the band’s Bandcamp page as well as visit their website for more information on their great work.
