HORI announces new wireless Zelda Switch controller in Japan

HORI has announced a new wireless controller for Nintendo Switch with a classy Zelda touch.

The officially licensed black controller features a distinctive Wingcrest design which comfortably caresses the plus, minus, home and screenshot buttons. The controller promises a Pro Controller-style experience, complete with those all-important gyroscopic controls.

Gamers will have to be content to let go of any amiibo and HD Rumble compulsions though, as you won’t find either buried in the crevices of this handsome Hyrule-happy controller.

The controller is available for purchase in April 2019 for ¥6458 (including sales tax). That’s approximately equivalent to USD$58/£45/€52.
