Guardian Statue Puzzle
When you arrive at the Sacred Grove for the first time, the way into the temple ruins is locked and protected by two guardian statues. The statues are activated after you howl a song while standing on the Triforce symbol on the ground.
The statues will not allow you to proceed into the temple ruins to claim the Master Sword until you successfully complete their test – a puzzle. You must guide each statue back to its starting point by jumping between a grid of platforms. However, every time you jump to a platform, both statues will move at the same time in different directions.
Guardian Statue Puzzle Solution
There are many ways to solve this puzzle, but you only need one solution:
Left, Down, Right, Right, Up, Left, Up, Up, Left, Down, Down, Right, Up
Solving the puzzle opens the door into the temple ruins where you can claim the Master Sword. Obtaining the Master Sword also unlocks the ability to change between Hylian Link and Wolf Link whenever you want.
