Chapter 2: The Pirate’s Ship

1.1 The Spoils Bag

Open the door and go belowdecks. Find Niko in the ship’s hold and complete his rope swinging challenge.

Line yourself up with the platform and the rope that you are trying to jump to to get the smoothest possible transition.

Remember that you can change direction and climb up and down while hanging from a rope. Hold R to stop swinging and adjust your position. This is not essential for this challenge, but you will need to use this technique later in the game.

If you fall, make sure to reset the platforms, or you may not have enough time to reach the goal before they are lowered again.

As a reward for completing the test, Niko will give you the Spoils Bag. This is used to hold treasure dropped by defeated monsters.

1.2 Arriving at Forsaken Fortress

You have arrived at the Forsaken Fortress. Go back up on deck and climb up to the crow’s nest to find out how Tetra plans to get you inside.
