Kinstone Fusions
Kinstones are special items that allow you to unlock hidden prizes (such as Pieces of Heart) and locations in The Minish Cap. These stones are split into fragments, and you complete them by performing a Kinstone Fusion with various characters. There are four types of Kinstones: Green Kinstones, Blue Kinstones, Red Kinstones, and Gold Kinstones.
This guide is organized by prize types and teaches you what color Kinstones you need and the characters you need to perform a Kinstone Fusion with.
Random Kinstones
A number of the fusions are randomized between characters, with most of them being found in Hyrule Town. This means that certain fusions will not always happen with the specific character mentioned in the guide. The random Kinstone fusions are also for minor rewards such as rupees and other Kinstones.
NOTE: After you enter Dark Hyrule Castle, many of the townspeople will flee the town and any fusions missed among them will jump to a different person somewhere in Hyrule.
