Ride a vehicle across the room
When you enter the shrine, you will see there are already vehicles moving across the area. Grab one of them, rotate it to face the way you want to go, and ride it across the room.
Use a Small Wheel to push the rotating lever
When you reach the end of the room, the way forward is closed. You can open the gate temporarily by pushing a nearby rotating lever, but it closes again when you stop pushing.
Attach a Small Wheel to the rotating lever, then activate the Small Wheel to make it continuously rotate the lever. Quickly run through the gate before your Energy Cell depletes.
Use a Small Wheel to push the platform
In the final room, you need to ride a platform across a large pit. The platform is attached to a rail, but it does not move on its own.
Attach a Small Wheel to the top of the rail. Then, stand on the platform and strike the platform to activate the wheel, which will push the platform across the pit.
