Bottles

There are five Bottles in Skyward Sword, but you need an empty space in your Adventure Pouch to carry them. Bottles are primarily used to carry potions and fairies, but they are occasionally used during the main quest and side quests to carry other items.
Skyloft Bazaar
After you receive the Goddess Sword, speak to Luv at the Potion Shop in the Skyloft Bazaar to receive a Bottle for free.
Sealed Temple
There are two treasure chests in the Sealed Temple. The treasure chest to the right of the area where the old woman sits contains a Bottle that is already filled with Revitalizing Potion.
Orielle’s Injured Loftwing Sidequest
After completing Skyview Temple, head over to the pier where the Light Tower is located and speak to Parrow. He will inform you that his sister, Orielle, went out flying and hasn’t returned. He then tells you she was headed for the colorful island located in the southwestern region of the Sky.Mount your Loftwing and fly in the direction of the colorful island, which is marked on your map. East of this island you will find a smaller circular island. Fly over here and you will find Orielle, where she is tending to her Loftwing. Apparently her Loftwing has been injured and she can’t return to Skyloft – she will then ask Link to bring her some medicine for her injured bird. She will also inform you that her brother knows where to find said medicine, so head back to Skyloft.
Once you’ve arrived, speak to Parrow and he will give you Mushroom Spores – he will also let you keep the bottle the spores are being kept in.
Fire Sanctuary
Head into the first room where you encountered the Magmanos enemy. After you’ve received the Mogma Mitts, use them to open a closed gate that will lead you to some water plants. Defeat the Magmanos. Head through the new passage and you will reach a chest that contains a Bottle.
Thunderhead Goddess Chest
Can be found inside a Goddess Chest in western region of the Thunderhead. The Cube that corresponds to this chest is found within the cave leading to the Fire Sanctuary, in the same room that leads to the Fire Dragon, and can be reached on a floating platform. To reach the chest after it’s been unlocked, you will have to use the Mogma Mitts to dig through a hole on the island until you reach a barred off room. Climb the vines to reach the treasure chest and open it to get the fifth Bottle.
