Suthorn Region
Suthorn Beach Cliffs
Swim into the east section of water and jump on to the rocks. Then use Wooden Box Echoes to create a floating path across the water.
Suthorn Beach Cave
Inside the Beach Cave, climb the wall near the Wooden Crates blocking the path to the lower level. Drop a Boulder Echo from the cliff at the top of the climbable wall to break one Wooden Crate. Then, delete your Echoes and drop another Boulder Echo, and then repeat the process a third time to clear the path.
Suthorn Village Shop
The Suthorn Village Shop sells one Piece of Heart for 80 Rupees.
Suthorn Prairie Pillar
This Piece of Heart is on top of a pillar north of Suthorn Village. Create an Old Bed Echo to make a path across the water. Then, create a Crawltula Echo while facing the pillar and quickly use Bind and Follow to make the Crawltula take you to the top of the pillar. Release the Bind quickly when you reach the top.
Hyrule Field
Hyrule Field Tree Stump
There is a Piece of Heart on a tree stump in a grove east of Hyrule Ranch. The Piece of Heart is guarded by a Peahat. Dodge or defeat the Peahat and stack Old Bed Echoes to create a path to the Piece of Heart.
Hyrule Field Lake
A lake southwest of Kakariko Village contains a Piece of Heart guarded by several Octoroks and Tanglers. Defeat the enemies using flying Echoes like Crows or Guays. Then, use Old Bed Echoes to create a path to the central pillar to collect the Piece of Heart.
Hyrule Field Pillar
A Piece of Heart sits on top of a pillar east of Kakariko Village. Defeat the nearby enemies, then create a Crawltula Echo while facing the pillar and quickly use Bind and Follow to make the Crawltula take you to the top of the pillar. Release the Bind quickly when you reach the top.
Hyrule Field Cave
A Piece of Heart is hidden inside a cave east of Kakariko Village, but it cannot be reached from the main cave entrance. Go outside the cave and climb the nearby cliffs and trees to find a small ledge with some lightly colored dirt. Create a Holmill Echo on top of the lightly colored dirt and fall into the hole it digs to reach the Piece of Heart inside the cave.
Western Cliffs
West of Kakariko Village, near the cliffs, there is a large boulder stuck between some smaller cliffs. Use Bind and jump around to lift the large boulder over the cliffs to re reveal a Piece of Heart.
Western Cave
West of Kakariko Village, near the western edge of the map, there is a cave. Instead of entering the cave, look for the lightly colored patch of dirt above the cave entrance. Create a Holmill Echo on top of the lightly colored dirt and fall into the hole it digs to reach the Piece of Heart inside the cave.
Kakariko Village
Slumber Dojo
Complete any two combat challenges within the time limit at the Slumber Dojo in Kakariko Village to earn one Piece of Heart.
Gerudo Desert
Sand Dunes
Travel to the southwest corner of Gerudo Desert and climb the cliffs to reach several sand dunes. Blow away the sand with a Wind Cannon Echo to reveal a Piece of Heart.
Eastern Hyrule Field
Eastern Palace
Complete the Eastern Palace mini-dungeon and defeat the boss, Smog, to earn a Piece of Heart.
Jabul Waters
Zora Cove
Swim east of Seesyde Village and look for a cracked rock underwater. Create a Bombfish echo on top of the cracked rock to destroy it and reveal a Piece of Heart.
River Zora Village Waterfall
There is a Piece of Heart on top of the waterfall on the northern edge of River Zora Village. While standing near the cliff beside the waterfall, create a Crawltula Echo and quickly use Bind and Follow to make the Crawltula take you to the top of waterfall. The Piece of Heart is underwater in the lake at the top of the waterfall; dive to reach it.
Wrecked Ship
Complete the Wrecked Ship mini-dungeon and defeat the boss to earn a Piece of Heart.
Eldin Volcano
Lizalfos Burrow Lava Lake
There is a Piece of Heart on a small island in the Lava Lake beside the Lizalfos Burrow. To reach it, approach from the northeast and use Bind to create a path to the island with the nearby Lava Rocks.
Lizalfos Burrow Cliff
A Piece of Heart is visible on a cliff when standing at the warp point near the Lizalfos Burrow. To reach the Piece of Heart, approach the cliff from the east. While standing near the east side of the cliff, create a Crawltula Echo and quickly use Bind and Follow to make the Crawltula take you to the top of cliff.
