Ya Naga Shrine
In the larger part of Lake Hylia is the Ya Naga Shrine. It is on the larger island in the lake in a hole that makes it hidden unless you are close to the island. This makes it harder to see from a distance but easy to enter.
Head to the top of the block and place a bomb cube on top, then place a round bomb at the bottom of the block in the tube. The key here is to detonate the round bomb and send the block into the air.
When the block reaches the top, detonate the bomb cube and this will break the bombable blocks at the top
Next place another round bomb into the tube and stand on top of the block. Detonate the round bomb and send yourself into the air to reach the next section. Be ready to paraglide when you reach the top.
Paraglide to the treasure chest that is on top of one of the pillars. Head to the altar to collect your spirit orb.
