Toto Sah Shrine: Toto Sah Apparatus
This shrine is located in the southern part of the Necluda valley which is South of the Dueling Peaks Stable. The shrine is hidden behind a wall of rocks across the river from Hickaly Woods. Use either bomb arrows or a remote bomb thrown upstream relative to the explodable rock patch to reveal the shrine.
When you enter the shrine, proceed directly to the Sheikah Slate terminal in front of you. Using motion controls, maneuver the stone block to make a bridge to cross. Then step away from the terminal and cross the bridge.
Hint: You may need to step off of the terminal occasionally to check that the bridge is cross-able due to poor depth perception when the camera changes angle.
Note: On the underside of the movable platform is a treasure chest containing Shield of the Mind’s Eye.
The second challenge will require you to rotate the series of stairs ninety degrees to line up with the gap you need to cross. Tilt your motion controls slightly to line up the middle staircase with the remaining two. Your path to cross does not need to look pretty, just cross-able.
For the third and final challenge, begin by completely rotating the platform to reveal the underside of the platform, which has a treasure chest. Position the platform to make reaching the treasure chest possible. The treasure chest contains a small key.
Return to the terminal and rotate the platform to allow the staircase to become level and reachable. Then, rotate the platform about thirty degrees to line up the platform to make the path crossable (refer to the figure below). Cross the path and use your recently acquired small key to reach Toto Sah.
