Lanno Kooh Shrine

West of the Hebra Tower is a cave. North of eastern tip of the Hebra Plunge. You will take damage attempting to enter this shrine.As quickly as you can swim across the water to the shrine. Enter the blessing shrine and collect the treasure chest. The shrine will re-fill your heart containers.
