Kah Okeo Shrine
West of the Rayne Highlands, southwest corner of the Tabantha region is where the Kah Okeo Shrine is hidden. There is a large slab covering the hole leading to the shrine. You can either use your stasis rune or an Octorok Balloon to lift the slab out of your way. Drop into the hole and activate the shrine then go into the shrine.
Pick up the Korok Leaf from the treasure chest, as you will need it a lot in this shrine. Use the Korok leaf to activate the windmill switch in front of the gate and this will open it for you, then defeat the three Guardian Scouts in the next room.
Head to the upper floor and use the Korok Leaf again to activate the windmill switches. This will drop a platform lifted up by balloons. Step onto the platform and use the Korok Leaf to move yourself around the room.
Finally, head to the ledge on the other side of the room. Jump down and follow the path where you will find another Guardian Scout. Use your bomb rune or a bomb arrow to destroy the bombable wall.
In the next room, step onto the platform and activate the windmill switch. This will launch you into the air. Paraglide over to the treasure chest and open it. Then head to the ladder and climb up.
Use a bomb or a bomb arrow to destroy the bombable block to reveal an updraft. Use the updraft to take you to the next pillar in the room, then use your Korok Leaf to activate the windmill switch at the top of the room. This will cause another floating platform to appear.
Use the platform to get to the next treasure chest in the room and open it.
Once you have made your way across the room, activate the next windmill switch and this will activate the next launcher. Use this launcher to reach the floor in front of you.
In the next room, there will be a large pillar of bombable blocks for you to destroy. Use the Korok Leaf to blow the explosive barrels into the blocks and destroy them. If you have bomb arrows and a bow that fires more than one at a time, use that to destroy it quickly. Once the path is cleared, there will be a new updraft you can use to move to the next part of the shrine.
Paraglide to the ledge that connects the two rooms and open the final treasure chest in this shrine. Fall down the shaft with the updraft and open the door at the bottom. Head to the altar and collect your spirit orb.
