Jee Noh Shrine
The shrine is located east of the Wasteland Tower.
In the first room there is conveyer belt on the far side of the room with a pedestal glowing in orange waiting for you to place an orb onto it. Before attempting to hit the orb, hit the two guardian scouts with an arrow first. The orb will appear on the conveyer belt and you will need to shoot it with an arrow to move it off the belt and onto the pedestal. Once completed, you can progress to the next room.
The next room has an easy chest for you to grab with magnesis and pull it back to where you are stood. Next pick up the orb and start your way towards the conveyer belt. You will need to time it just right so that when a block is on the furthest conveyer belt, it blocks the laser emitting device. After the first part, rest on the platform and prepare for your next run. You can use stasis to turn off the laser in front of you. Once you have stopped the laser, pick up the orb and progress on the conveyer belt. You can time it right so that another block hits the last laser just as you pass the stopped laser or hold your position once you have passed it and wait for a block to reach you and block the last laser.
Drop the orb in the final pedestal and this will complete the tests in the shrine. Head through the last door and reach the alter for the spirit orb.
