You really need to play the games, though. It can be complex and sometimes requires huge logic leaps (and save scumming. Lots of save scumming) but it's fun and you get such a rush out of making witnesses and prosecutors break down.

As to why I haven't followed you.

Why didn't you like Marx in Smash? It was almost exactly the same, except they incorporated some of Marx Soul's attacks and added some DEEPLY disturbing new ones that made him genuinely terrifying. (Plus, that battle entrance. HE'S BEHIND YOU, FOOL!)

Because it's the same until the very end. I've fought this battle, like, five times in Super Star Ultra. That last attack with the eyes is VERY disturbing, though.

Granted, though the Ganon battle is pretty similar to the OoT one, except for the 2D battlefield and the addition of a couple attacks from Demise and Calamity Ganon. I think they were trying to remain fairly authentic. I have to imagine that the Dracula fight is also pretty similar to the originals. You just get to use different characters in this game, making it a different experience requiring a different strategy. (Like my strategy for Marx Soul, and indeed all of The True Arena in every Kirby game, is to use Stone Ability and remain invulnerable except when the enemy is open and I can attack reasonably safely. I can't do that in Smash lol.)

That's my take! I can see how the similarly would be annoying, though. I've beaten regular Marx in KSSU a bajillion times over the years holy crap that game came out over a decade ago.

I played Ocarina of Time about a year or two ago so I was rusty on the ganon fight.

Now that I think about it, I can think of another reason I don't like marx in smash. It's the simple reason that I just don't like Marx period. There are so many bosses they could have chosen and they go with Marx, who's not very interesting. They could have chosen sectonia or magalor or anybody. But they go with Marx.

Can't wait to try it out.

I haven't tried the 3D ones yet (if by 3D you mean the Prime trilogy) but I'm hoping to get a chance to do it with Prime 4 (cause my Wii U doesn't have the space for the other games).

Yeah I am mainly talking about the Prime-games, and if you are lucky we are going to get at least one old Prime game in some shape or form on the Switch eventually (hopefully the original since it is superior if you ask me).

Some strongly believe in the trilogy on the Switch, but I am quite hesitant to believe that. The only Prime game we know for sure is coming is Prime 4, but considering how little we know about it (basically nothing) I can't say I am excited just yet, even if I really liked the original on GameCube. But it isn't too farfetched to believe to see something of it during next year (probably during E3). Let's hope for that.

No. Probably not. Unlike with Pokemon it's been clearly shown that Kirby is some sort of rubbery material. I would never want a live action Kirby.
