  • Hey friend how have you been lately?

    Posted by Winnie

    • Not so good actually.
      But thanks for asking nevertheless.
      And you?

      Posted by Romano-British Medli

    • Aw man I’m sorry, was worried not seeing you in as much lately, wishing you all the best!

      Posted by Winnie

    • Thanks you, that's very nice of you.
Yes, that's one of the reasons I am not around here so often as I used to.
I try to at least check in every day, even just for a minute or some, at least.

  • Hello friend!! <3 <3 <3

    Posted by Colu

  • Romano,

I hope you feel better soon.

If you are wondering why I call you Romano while most say Medli, it is because, to me, it sounds far better because it is similar to Ramen, from Ramen Noodles. LOL.

Romano Cheese is good on Ramen Noodles!

    Besides, Italian is awesome!

    Haha!

Well, take good care and get well soon,

    Tead.

    • Hey Tead,

      thank you for your message.
I don't know... On some days, I'm better, and on some days worse.

      I'm also sick these days.

I think most call me Romano by now! ^^
Haha, love the Ramen Noodles thing! I've never really eaten them, I think.

I hope you are well too.

  • You! There you are!

    I knew it was you.

    Knew it all along!

    Good again to see you.
    How have you been?
    Whats up?

    Tead.

    Posted by Tead

    • Oh no! They know! Run Medli, hide somewhere far, far away at a safe place!

      Yeah... How have I been?...
Life's not only stressful, but also depressing at the moment! XD
      Nothing too exciting.

      Posted by Romano-British Medli

  • Hey, there you are!

    Who are you anyways?

    Tead.

    Posted by Tead

  • Hey, Medli.

How's it going with everything; the apprenticeship, the studying, the working, and you in general?

How's the situation with your parents?

Managed to distance yourself from them, even if only a little?

I hope everything is going well.

    Posted by TingleMakesMeTingle

    • Hey Tingle,

      thank you for your message.
I always am looking forward to reading something from you on ZU.
Sorry for not being able to particpate in the forum games, but I simply don't have the energy right now.

Yeah, how's it going? Life somewhat continues, I think...
My apprenticeship is going well actually, I soon will have intermediate exams. Studying in school goes well, I have As or Bs or Cs a grades, which is good. Work is boring as usual, but I got used to it, and it's only one and a half more years, so I can see the end of it, slowly but surely.
I don't really know how I am in general! XD

I haven't really talked to my parents since new year, so the situation hasn't changed. However, especially your and Fin's posts have strengthened my desire you give them the boot. I hope I someday will have enough strength to do it! I would love to distance myself from them forever!

Everything is going okay. Don't worry! :)

  • Taco pizza.

    • Burrito Pizza?

      Posted by Romano-British Medli

    • Hello Romano,

LOL, that was just my way of saying that I went the other day to the local pizza buffet and they were there serving many types of pizza, including taco pizza!

It tasted so good, and I believe that it was the 2nd time only that I have had that there in all the times I have been thus far.
It has all the regular taco toppings only rather than a shell there was the pizza crust.

      Very tasty!

What have you recently been up to?
      How have you been?

I have been getting everything here ready to move, I am nearly finished.
I am very excited for my new place.
I can hardly wait (11 long days left, LOL.)
I have also been watching a lot of videos on Netflix and YouTube.

      Take good care,
      Tead.

    • Hey Tead,

      oh, nice, haha! XD
      Glad you liked it!

Hm, not much. Being a lot on ZU, but less so outside of weekends, because I lack time in the evenings. Still looking forward to playing the new Mafia game! Nothing special at the moment, visiting and/or talking to friends, playing video games; the usual stuff...
I am continuing my apprenticeship and at the end of this week I will be halfway through.
I'm mostly somehow okay, life's moving on slowly, but I am tired the last months or year or so. I hope that someday I can go back to the university again, when I have the financial resources. This is my mid-term goal in life at the moment.

Do you have to travell a lot to reach your new place?
I'm glad you are excited about it! :)
What do you think your life will be like after you have moved?
Yes, I too am watching Youtube a lot. Mostly gamey or sciency stuff.

I will, and so do you too!

Do you have a short name I can call you by?
      How are you doing?

      Posted by Romano-British Medli

    • Ha yeah go ahead and call me Jesse lol, and I'm doing incredible, hope your weekend is going swimmingly HAHA

      Posted by deathtrappicnic

    • Okay then, Jesse. It's going okay, learned a bit for our programming class today. I can enjoy my evening/night at ZU now!
It's nice to read you're doing incredible! :)

      Posted by Romano-British Medli

  • Have not seen you for a while.

    I hope you are well.

    Tead.

    • Thank you Tead.
I'm fairly active here, just yesterday wasn't as active as usual due to being at a friend's house for long.
I'm... okay, I think. Just trying to get through life, like everybody.
      How are you doing?

Edit: I haven't forgotten about your questions, I just didn't have much time to answer them. I will, though!

      Posted by Romano-British Medli

  • What does your custom user title say? It won't let me see the whole thing.

    Posted by RealmWings

    • Really? Odd... Interesting...
"Abducted Dinnie. Held hostage by Tru at Nayru. HELP!!!"
      ...
Well, I sometimes don't see the whole signatures of people, so there's that...

It's a reference at how you would be joining Din and Tru would then steal me to join Nayru.

  • Hello there! don't mind me I'm just passing by...and here to tell you that you're amazing if you haven't got the message yet.

  • Do you like my new Jigglypuff avatar? It's animated!

    Posted by TruEdge67

    • Yes! <3
It's so cute! Good to see the world is in balance again!
      ...
Honestly, after all the horror ZU witnessed with your names, one é in your name is very appreciated, considering everything's back to normal!

      Posted by Romano-British Medli

    • I kind of actually like the é since it kinda fits being a Pokémon.

      Posted by TruEdge67

    • Yes, I don't mind it either!
As long as you (or the mods) keep Jigglypuff-Tru as an Avatar, everythings fine to me!
(I planned to post an in-memoriam-post to Jigglyuff-Tru in one of the Chit-Chat-sections.)

      Posted by Romano-British Medli

    • Don't worry, I don't plan on changing from JigglyTru just yet. I will one day though.

      Posted by TruEdge67

    • Ah, that is good to read!
I hope this day will be far, far into the future!

    Also, Merry Christmas!

    • Ahaha, please no! As much as I would love to make the world a better place, this would be too much responsibility for me! :D

Only if you would be my adviser!

Merry Christmas to you too Guinea! :)

  • Thank you for being often kind to me.

I certainly hope for the best for you and yours during this Holiday Season!

Take good care, and as always, I very much look forward to seeing you around the board.
I enjoy much of what you say, and I am glad to find that you are often very thoughtful of everyone, kind, sharing, and humorous as well.

    Take much care,

    Tead.

    • Oh Din, Tead! Thank you so much!
I... I don't know what to say! Y-you really think so?
I hope for the best for you too and I love seeing you here at ZU as well and reading your well-constructed posts (especially in the Newbie Chit-Chat) as well!
I hope you can reunite happily with your family (weren't you away and abroad or something?)!

Wow, you just made my night (and probably the following day as well)!
      Thank you!

  • Hey friend! How have you been?!

    Posted by Winnie

    • Hm, mostly okay. Tired and exhausted by the year, but "Exam December" is now finally over!

I recently had a Mafia game here on ZU, which was tons of fun, especially since some friends played it with me! It was super cool and now I am totally hooked for Mafia and can't wait to play the next game!

      How are you?

      Posted by Romano-British Medli

    • That’s awesome! A lot of people on ZU love Mafia, it’s time consuming but a lot of fun! Are you doing anything special for the holidays?

      Posted by Winnie

    • Yes, time consuming it is, but we had a 24-hour cycle, I hope it stays that way because I think it fits my time schedule very well.

Hm, just the usual. Visiting my parents over christmas, but then after some days returning home doing nothing major - maybe learn a tiny little bit for school but that's it.
(I'm totally looking forward being around you guys here on ZU at Christmas!)

      Posted by Romano-British Medli

  • I didn't know you were a theorist! Usually I avoid the theories section because people get really passionate about it and it can be like Serious Discussion sometimes, but Zelda theories are SO much fun!

    Posted by Winnie

    • Haha, thanks! :)
Actually, it's the reason I joined ZU. Luckily, ZU has to offer many nice sections, such as the Theory Section, the General Section, the Community Section and the Clan Section (Din! <3 ).
I like being in all of them!

What? My profile isn't going anywhere! XD

      I'm okay. Enjoying the weekend...

Hm... Today I think I'm going to step down two or three gears and just let things happen without my influence... I couldn't even celebrate my 300th post!

      Thanks for your post. :)
      How are you?

      Posted by Romano-British Medli

  • You just made my day! Did you see the movie and if so how was it? Also I want to go back to Germany at some point, I’m missing the food and all the roundabouts!

    Posted by Winnie

    • Wow, I even made your day?!? Didn't expect THAT huge development, lol! XD

Yes, I saw the movie! I honestly really liked it, I think it's a worthy successor! Maybe a lot of us young adults have to acknowledge our nostalgia googles regarding "The Incredibles 1" and don't expect such a huuuge cinematic revelation, but I think if we do that the movie's really (objectively) great! I enjoyed the characters, the plot, the antagonist, the conflicts, the relationship dynamics, just everything!

Ah, so you actually already were in Germany? How was it? I'm looking forward to seeing you again here! :) Just tell me in time, when you're going to visit Germany again!

      Posted by Romano-British Medli

    • So glad you liked the movie! You’re right, admittedly nostalgia always works on me haha, now I’ll have to see it!

And yes, I was in Trier a few years back for a conference. The food and everything was awesome, and the Roman ruins and country side were amazing. Although the amount of wind turbines was interesting because at the time none of them were moving!

      Posted by Winnie

    • Yes, maybe just don't go into the movie with (nostalgic) expectations as high as "Incredibles 1". (It helped me a lot!)
I think "Incredibles 2" is not only a solid movie, not only a good movie, but (in my opinion) a very good movie! To be honest, I was scared I would be disappointed, and thus lowering my expecations on purpose before watching the film, but it was... incredible!
Hm, kind of difficult to describe what emotions I was going for, but I think it's kind of a different movie than the first one. Different themes, different subjects, different conflicts, but still definitively worth it! (Argh, I can talk about it for hours!)

So you were in Trier? Interesting! I once had a school trip to Xanten, also a roman archaeological site. Hm, shame for the wind turbines!
Seems you liked it in Germany! Which is good! :)

      Posted by Romano-British Medli

  • Not to derail the thread into myself, haha, but sure; no problem responding to questions!

My dad definitely has it nice over Mexico rn, tho it's mainly because he's living with his brother atm, no job yet, heh.

And, logically speaking it would be manageable for me to leave once he has something stable there. Emotionally... I'd rather not x) if that makes sense. I also doubt change will come here soon, but yeah.

    Posted by FroyoClaus

    • Thanks for your reply!
That's good to read that in Mexico things go well.

Hm, yes, I understand that leaving your home is emotionally rather difficult. But let's see the positive things as well: You would probably go to a country which also speaks (Latin American) Spanish, so this certainly would help!
I think I can say we all want you to be in a stable and safe environment, and Venezuela unfortunately doesn't seem to be the right place at the moment! Sometimes one (literally) can only leave certain negative things behind and move on to other more positive aspects in life. In some situations, there's nothing else one can do to improve it...

      Posted by Romano-British Medli

    • Yeah, there's definitely a LOT of reasons to leave if the possibility presents itself x) so I guess if the time comes, it'll come. And it's definitely a better deal than going to other places, so, yeah. Thanks :3

      Posted by FroyoClaus

    • No problem. Glad if I can help somehow!
I hope you'll somehow get out of this uncertain situation into a more stable one.
