I have too many games to play. I decided this morning I'm focusing on one game at a time and completing it before moving on. Right now Spiderman is my focus.

A friend of mine loves that game. I haven't really played it, but from what I've seen it does look pretty awesome. I hope a Batman game comes out for Switch that's on par with Asylum and City.

I should really get a PS4 and a good TV.

It'll be a good long time before a new Batman game comes out, especially after the mediocrity that was Arkham Knight (good game, but certainly had flaws and wasn't as well received as Asylum and City).

Did I ever tell you the time I almost got stranded in Rome because I got drunk on wine and left my passport on the subway?

It was certainly in the top 5 most terrifying experiences of my life. We were having dinner at this restaurant in Rome. Little did we know, as 16 year olds, that we were legally allowed to drink.

Well did we drink. They only served wine but after a few glasses you forget the shitty taste.

Details get a bit hazy as we left and approached the subway. I remember getting on the subway and sitting with some people I thought were with my group but they weren't. They laughed. I laughed. I then don't remember anything except waking up the next morning and realizing my bag was missing.

Someone must have been watching over me that day as some nice old Italian lady found it on the subway and turned it into the subway terminal. My chaperone was able to track it down and get it back for me.

Had I lost that bag I likely would have been stranded in Rome for who knows how long.

I would rank that as number 4 in my top 5 list.

Sorry for the late reply! That's very sweet of you to be thinking of us.

Things are getting better slowly. She is getting more used to her foot being paralyzed from the surgery. I bought her a new walker which should be here next week and that should help her move better. They are also making her a brace to give her more stability which will also help.

I'm still trying to adjust to having to do most of the things in our lives now and it's wearing me out but I'm sure I'll get accustomed to it soon enough! It's all a new experience and there is a lot to learn to deal with.

I even got a free gift card from him, to which I had to accept, because of my mom. Otherwise I would have declined it. But I everyone else from my mom's side of the family was pretty accepting of me. And they used my preferred name, with some understandable mess ups here and there. So I can't complain about that. That's progress if you ask me!
But my mom got sick with a cold after christmas, and now I think I'm getting sick, and my dad is still dealing with cancer, so he's probably next. And I know it's going really going to really suck if he does get sick.

Oh man, I'm really sorry to hear about your dad (and your mom too!). How is he doing overall? Is this his first bout of cancer or has he beat it before? I hope that he can find the strength to fight on and beat it this time and I hope you and your family can come together to help him and each other because nothing is more important than being with the ones you love and who love you. After almost losing my wife twice this year I've learned that lesson the hard way and I don't take anything for granted anymore because things can change in an instant.

Late reply is late, cause I got sick with a cold, and it really fucked me over, especially my voice training. Now it's like I have to start over again. And I'm still dealing with leftovers from the cold.

Yes, My brother is just a bigot, he lets his opinions get in the way of others and states them as fact. And before I came out for the 5th and final time, I honestly thought he had buried that hatchet; Evidently not.

Yeah, this is my dad's first time dealing with cancer and it's my first time dealing with someone this close to me with cancer. You can tell when he's in serious pain, and I hate seeing him like that. But the only thing I can really prescribe is loving care and letting him know if needs me for anything just let me know. I already tote him around town running errands with him, since he can't drive; which is no problem, cause I'm happy to lend a hand.
Today wasn't that bad on him, as far as know. I'm sure he was in pain, but not nearly what it could be. He's got stage 3 pancratic cancer, by the way. Can't remember if I mentioned that or not.
