Just wanted to thank you personally for that awesome debate in the Campaign thread. I had so much fun. ^-^

Not a problem. It was fun!
Posted by Midoro
It really was! ^-^
Ah, and while I'm at it, I should say, I'm sorry if I've ever come off as harsh or judge mental in any of our past conversations. I have a tendency to do that from time to time, usually unintentionally.
Plus, no matter what anybody says, I still think you're an awesome person.Posted by Linkle
Nah I don't think you've ever come across like that. Maybe a bit too passionate over certain things, but that happens. And thanks.
Posted by Midoro
Really? Good. I was worried maybe I'd come across wrong before. ^-^' I'm glad.
You're welcome!Posted by Linkle
Hey, nice sig and avatar.

Yep. Thanks for noticing.
Posted by Midoro
Did you make them yourself?
Posted by ich Will
Yeah I did. Everything completely by scratch, other than borrowing the color pallets used in the Oracle games. The signature took me about a month to make.
Posted by Midoro
oh wow. well the result is pretty good. or scratch that, it's awesome.

Thank you!

Hi there, I saw your thread: zeldauniverse.net/forums/Threa…t-big-of-a-deal/?pageNo=1
I made a similar topic back in 2013. I think its an interesting debate to have. I made an article about it, I'm having trouble greenlighting it and posting it on a website so far though. Since you find the topic interesting, maybe you'll find my article interesting? If you wanna give it a read, I'll show you :3
My stance is that Zelda is Medieval Fantasy, and it should stay that way.Posted by HylianKnight
-
I guess so, but it's kind of a topic that I've moved on from now.
Posted by Midoro
oh... okay. Well here's the article I wrote: docs.google.com/document/d/1iC…LG4oO9hxvJ4Z41rgr7uGsJqpQ

I just wanted to clarify that I was never staying that that was a prerequisite of the Sheikah, I was proposing a theory that the darker more tan skintone was the original skintone of the Sheikah.
I still think that of Zelda as the "true" form of Tetra though, and thus I consider the lighter color to be her nature skintone. However, I'm not trying to fight or argue, I just wanted to clarify my stance, as I don't think you understood what I was saying.Posted by Mango The Magician

It's fine. It's my bad because I misread things.

I guess that happens. Thanks for the follow.

You're welcome. What's up? ;3;
Posted by A Link to my Heart
Not a whole lot. Mostly chilling and a bit of grieving.

Just wanted to say 2 things: Awesome avatar/sig, and I appreciate your approach to solving the Director/Producer mystery in that thread. Thanks for helping.
Posted by Lefou

Well I tried. A long time ago I was once (jokingly) told that the job of a producer is to take all the credit for something. =P

Hey, I see you're feeling really down... I'm sorry to hear that... There are people here that care about you, though... Just want you to know that.
Posted by Linkle

Please don't take offense to this, but I'm afraid that's a hard thing to believe. I'm pretty convinced that people don't.
Posted by Misfit Gormor
No, I understand completely. There are a lot of phony people in the world. But I really do mean that...
Posted by Linkle
Well, thank you then. I don't really feel much better, but thank you...

Good choice for your avatar. I love the Zelda art Haruhiko Mikimoto did! I'd love a game to go with that artstyle (Zelda or otherwise).
Posted by jrungus

I'm more surprised you recognized the artist. Were there others they did? I only know of two.
Posted by Misfit Gormor
He only did two Zelda pieces as far as I know (the one in your avatar, and another with Zelda holding on to Link).

Hello! How are you today?

I'm alright.
Posted by Commander GorMor
How do you feel, if you feel at all?
Posted by abokchoy
Alright I guess. Neither good or bad, though that's usually how I always feel.
Posted by Commander GorMor
Addressing the body of your post, it seems that you have accepted your feelings and the events in your life. You understand how you want to feel, and have tried taking measures towards that endgoal (thinking about your friend's advice, and why it may not be good for you). You are not necessarily wrong in saying that nobody cares about you, but I think it might be better to say, more generally, nobody knows you (though you said that yourself when you said nobody understands you) - though some may be able to relate. That is not to say you don't deserve to feel as if nobody cares about you; but compassion is a skill that must be developed, and can be under or over developed in many people. I would question you saying you feel "nothing" and hazard a guess that you are not quite sure WHAT exactly it is you feel at all. All in all I think, though it might not be objectively "right" to think what you think, you are certainly well justified in doing so. In my own confrontations with my psychological demons I have found that the first step is acceptance, which you seem to have done. Though I do not understand you, of course, so take that with a grain of salt!

These are also people I've known for years now and whom I have told many things about me. The problem I have with that one friend (oh god these profile walls are awful, excuse me for any typos) is that I feel he doesn't listen to me and is far too forceful. He's pulled that sort of thing onto other people before, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised it'd happen to me as well. But I do get what you're saying.
Posted by Commander GorMor
Do you think your relationship with these people is negatively impacting yourself?
Posted by abokchoy
To be honest, I think so. These are people I used to enjoy talking to, now I kind of just... don't care anymore. Ironic how I'm the one saying that now.
Posted by Commander GorMor
I read the thread you made and thought it felt better to answer your question here.

Hello!
Posted by abokchoy
Goodie.
Posted by Bane of Envy
I only recommend it cause that was the first one I've read and opened an epic chapter in my story of my childhood. :v But yeah, it is a nice one to begin with.
Posted by Bane of Envy
Oh do. I'd recommend King Ottakar's Sceptre to start with.
Posted by Bane of Envy
I'm not sure, but I think there are a few on the web. I read the Yves Rodier version of Tintin and Alph-Art (which was dull) there.
Posted by Bane of Envy
Absolutely. I laughed so hard when I saw it in Tintin in Tibet.
Posted by Bane of Envy
I think it's just spluttering.
Posted by Bane of Envy
Ha.
Did you know that Tintin fans made a list of every single exclamation he makes?
