Below are links to relevant exercises, and also a place for those who need/want to sub out challenges for others.
Resistance Band Exercises
This thread is the place for participants to post each week about their successes/failures/discoveries.
You can replace any of these challenges with something of equal intensity if unable to complete as written.
Please post your alternative work out so we can all learn about it!
* IMPORTANT STUFF*
Every time you work out, you should try to incorporate these challenges into your workouts. If there is a challenge like "take 15 minutes to stretch" you should do this every time you go to the gym. If it's a nutrition challenge, try to keep up with it the ENTIRE WEEK. The only challenges that don't need to be every time you workout are the intense running/weight/floor challenges - incorporate these into workouts as necessary, especially for those with a regimen already in place (cardio days, leg days, class days, etc)
That being said if you WANT to do the certain challenges every work out, go for it (I intend to, since my workouts are focusing mainly on cardio and attempting to train for 5K's).
