I dunno. I mean, some people really do like to just have an open sandbox to do whatever they want. That said, I dunno about Fallout 76. But at least GTA Online gives you enough tools to make your own fun, and I've put hundreds of hours in over like 3 years of constantly playing it. So it can work at least. Again though, haven't played 76 so I dunno. Haha.

Yeah, they almost put themselves right back where they meant to start this gen. And in theory, the Xbox wasn't really a bad thing when it was revealed. I think the licence authentication would have needed some work, but it was still good in theory. The messaging was just really, really bad. Like, catastrophically bad.

This feels like it has a better chance of not being a disaster, so at least there's that. Haha.

I had to pay for mine without help from the parents. Since we were defined as a low income family, I got a bit of help from the government, and I got a few grants. It really does pay to apply for absolutely everything though. I did pretty decent on grants. Every semester I sat down for a few hours and just scavenged for any little thing I could. Haha. Sucks though. It’s all bullshit.

From a business perspective for Sony, absolutely not. For other people in the industry, the water is a little more murky.

The best part of E3 is that it gives everyone the spotlight to talk about their shit in interviews and stuff while industry excitement is at an extreme high. Yeah, we have Pax and other cons, but the spotlight isn’t as grandiose.
