Soh Kofi Shrine

North of the Lanayru Tower on a cliff above the Zora River, you will find the Soh Kofi Shrine. This is a minor test of strength shrine and you will need to defeat a Guardian Scout II. 

Collect the guardian weapons and parts once you have defeated the scout. Head to the altar room and open the treasure chest containing a Moonlight Schimitar. Go to the altar and collect your spirit orb.
