After months of anticipation and excitement, the long-awaited official release date for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D has been revealed: June 19th, 2011.

For months, gamers from all walks of life waited patiently (or perhaps not-so-patiently) to get even the remotest hint about the release date of the remade version of the beloved classic. Well, the wait is over!

With just two months away until the game’s release, many gamers are chomping at the bit with anticipation. The release of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D will closely follow this year’s E3, where Nintendo will most likely have the game displayed with much greater detail than that which has already been revealed so far.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D has greatly enhanced graphics along with eye-popping 3D visuals. It features a clever use for 3DS’s motion controls, which allows the player to actually “aim” with Link’s arsenal of projectiles by moving the system itself. Throw into the mix the inclusion of the Master Quest version of the game, and you have a beautifully re-mastered edition of an already amazing game.

The forecast for game stores? Long lines consisting of a ton of Zelda fans eager to experience a blast to the past by way of a new vehicle. If you want to have a sure spot for Ocarina of Time 3D on its release date, you might think about pitching your camping tent now! This is a game that you do not want to miss!
