On Akira Himekawa’s Facebook page, they posted pictures of the Ocarina of Time manga gorgeously colored and wrote that they would let their fans know if the manga will be released overseas as soon as there is official information. The manga includes 16 colored pages and is larger than the original books. In Japan, the Ocarina of Time manga is separated into five volumes, and volume two is announced to be released in May. The Japanese colored manga can be bought at Shogakukan, Kinokuniya or Amazon.
The original Ocarina of Time manga came out 17 years ago in 1999. The new colored version of the manga is being released in honor of the Legend of Zelda‘s 30th anniversary. With the purchase of the Japanese version of the manga, one hundred lucky fans will be selected to receive a special postcard drawn by Akira Himekawa. Even though an English release hasn’t been announced, Himekawa promised to updated fans on any announcement of an English release.
