Nintendo fans in the United Kingdom were given the chance to team up with friends and fellow players to try out the gameplay of Tri Force Heroes, the upcoming Legend of Zelda multiplayer adventure for Nintendo 3DS. The video below chronicles the action and focuses on the cooperative aspects of the game that haven’t been seen in the franchise since 2004’s Four Swords Adventures, which allowed up to four players.

The fans who were able to try out the game were clearly intrigued and ready to delve in further, something we’ll all get the chance to do when the game is released on October 23.

One thing I don’t understand is why they used the 4 Swords/Minish Cap artstyle for the artwork instead of the link between worlds one?

The game looks fun though, I vaguely remember that you can finish this solo with AI partners so for those who don’t have good internet or know anyone to play with this game can still accommodate for all. It’s a shame that this and Hyrule Warriors 3DS making Zelda U look bad even though the former most likely has little to no effect on the latter’s development.
