The 2015 version of the Nintendo World Championship is less than two weeks away, and from the thousands of players who participated nationwide in the qualifying rounds, there are only 16 left. These 16 finalists will be making their way to sunny Los Angeles, California to embark on the quest of a lifetime — to become the current day champion of all things Nintendo.

The qualifying round had players rack up as many points as they could in Ultimate NES Remix‘s Championship Mode for the 3DS. And now the finalists who survived will be pitted against each other in a number of other games, but one of them has been revealed early by Nintendo through their Twitter account, and it’s none other than the original Legend of Zelda!

How will points be tallied? Will it be time based? More details are sure to come soon from the livestream on June 14 at 3pm PDT.
