Are you the person your friends turn to when they’re stuck in a Zelda game? Do you enjoy writing? Are you passionate about sharing your Zelda knowledge with other people? Then it sounds like you might make a great Guide Writer for Zelda Universe!

We’re looking for people to help us write complete walkthroughs for various Zelda games. This is primarily a writing position, so we’d like you to have a strong grasp of the English language. This includes spelling, grammar, punctuation and syntax. Along with great English skills, you should also have extensive knowledge of one or more of the Legend of Zelda games. The more, the better.

While not necessary, if you have additional skills in image editing, coding and/or layout design, that would also be a huge bonus. Another bonus would be if you were able to write guides for one or both of the two NES Zelda games, or any of the more recent games on the Nintendo DS or Wii.

We will expect you to be available on a regular basis and use our online chat room for communication and co-ordination with other staff members. Please also note that Zelda Universe is run entirely by volunteers, so we can’t pay you for your work.

If you’re interested in becoming a Guide Writer, please send an email to jobs@zeldauniverse.net with the following information. We look forward to hearing from you!

  • Name
  • Age
  • Email address
  • Legend of Zelda game(s) you’d like to write guides for
  • Why you think you’d make a great Guide Writer

If you’ve written any game guides or walkthroughs before, please include samples or links to those. If you haven’t written any guides but you have other examples of your writing, we’d love to see those too.

    I really like this!

You totally should translate the side in other languages 🙂 It’s okay, I’m a translator and can read English very well, but can not help you with your project :/ Good look to all of you, you did a great job 😀 And if you decide, to translate the side into German, let me know 😉

  • Nick

This actually sounds up my alley, because I obsessively replay Zelda games and I’m also a writing major who has written a novel and won awards. Only problem is, I’ve only got the main quests memorized; side quests and collections I’m always a little fuzzy on :/

  • Hero of Time!

I just sent an Email with all of my info 😀
