Christmas Music Monday

Christmas is in two days, and we hope you’re as excited as we are. This week, we’ve really gotten into the spirit of the holiday with a couple more Christmas-themed Zelda mixes to listen to while you’re wrapping presents and baking cookies. Merry Christmas, everyone!

Amanda’s Pick:

Ever wonder how Link spends Christmas? I’m sure he’d spend it with Zelda if he could, but she’s usually too busy getting captured. Sadly, heroes can’t take off for the holidays when there’s evil to destroy. YouTuber GuizDP has put together an Adventure of Link parody of “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” that’s bound to have you laughing. I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas!

Mark’s Pick:

Today I have a lovely bit of music drawn from the work done by the incredible Zelda Reorchestrated team. Entitled “Frozen Hyrule”, this is a nicely dressed up Dark World Theme. If you close your eyes, you can see the snow fall on the land of Hyrule while Link rides Epona across the icy plains. Give it a try, and have a great holiday season!

I remember a couple of years ago on my birthday, it started to snow and school was canceled. I sat by my window and listened to this song as I watched the snow gliding down. It’s one of my favorite memories.
