Ocarina of Time was featured in 1UP’s feature on “Eight Games Where Danger Lurks After Dark.”  While the Stalchildren which lurked Hyrule Field at dark kept the night from being boring, they were certainly creepy and slightly terrifying, especially the first time they showed up.

One of the things that bothers me most about Ocarina of Time is the fact that at night Stalchildren come out before Ganondorf's conquer of Hyrule Castle…

But after he conquers Hyrule Castle and Town they disappear from the field. Monsters have become rampant and on the loose every where there used to be no monsters, Castle Town…. Kokiri Woods….. but the field that actually had monsters before in the night now has no more.

Why couldn't they have even more of them rising up at night… or perhaps have other monsters appear in the field (ok so there are Poes I guess, but only in very specific locations) at random.

Very true, Maverick. And yet OOT is overpraised to death as the best Zelda game. Fans are very retarded.

The real question here is: Why are the gates to Hyrule Castle open?

Once I had a stalchild spawn as I was on the bridge, as it was closing. I found that funny.

  • I want to know why my measley bonus of $400 was so heavily taxed? They took $140 out just for federal taxes, and the rest State etc. My check netted only $222.00! This is crazy! I have one dependant at home, and the only breadwinner in this family! I make less than $40,000 a year too!
