In all of the celebration of Zelda‘s 25th anniversary, why not get some really cool looking cosplay props? Why not a set of Master Sword and Hylian Shield in either Ocarina of Time or Twilight Princess style? If you are looking for high quality stuff, I suggest Fiberglass Blades. View these magnificent masterpieces after the jump!

These pieces of eye candy are surprisingly light since they are all made with resin, aluminum reinforced, and finished with automotive paint. The most they weigh is a few pounds. Unfortunately, he is not taking orders at this current time, but he does share the processes he uses to make these. Tell us what you think of the eye-opening pieces of work in the comments below!

    HOLY CRAP! THOSE-ARE-AWESOME!(first)

  • I AM THE GREAT TIRE

Damn…..I would kill for one of those beauties.

  • TLoZfan

That's AWESOME. This totaly looks like the real deal!!!

  • Brains

That black shield is the most beautiful piece of art I've ever seen. It it ever were to hang on my wall, I would die happy…

  • Peter

    Those are awesome!
They should make the mirror shield too!

    • goronbot

they should it would be sick

  • nicktheslayer

    ..not taking orders?

    FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-

    Please?

  • The are spectacular models! Too bad he's not accepting orders at this time; I'd definitely get one.

  • bob

Anyone knows if he also makes green tunics, and a crossbow ?

  • Shadowknight1

The Ocarina of Time Master Sword's cross guard is wrong, and the Twilight Princess version is based more off the art than the actual game. Also, when he DOES take orders again, these things are ridiculously expensive. It'd almost be cheaper to have one forged out of steel for you.

    • guest

then again it wouldn't be con friendly right?

    • HighAnonymous

      Haters be hatin'…

  • ZiggyStardust

Those are nice. Wouldn't do much in a fight against an octorock or anything though. If it were made out of steel that would be fantastic, but the aluminum and fiberglass is great for a costume.

  • Lach Menel

They`re pretty, but could I actually fight with them? There`s no reason to getting a sword and shield if you can`t use them! But great find guys. These things look fantastic!

  • Zeldalover93

*moans**drools* I want 'em. I want 'em so badly……. Wow. They look freaking awesome!!!!!!! Such a good job.

  • QueenxLink

    These are beautiful! 🙂

  • -drools-

    I want one D8

  • Water sucks, Gatorade is better!

Oh, and those are cool shields.

    • SixMultipliedByNine

You don't mean that Mr. Coach Klein!

And those are also cool Swords.

  • LoZymugglegater

Oh my word,I would give my life for one of those! If only I was rich…

  • KingDodongo1

I have an OOT Master sword but those look 10x better

  • MrFlox888

Imagine if you you buy a Zelda: Skyward Sword in the first week and they give you one of these I would be so happy!!!

    • Darkstar

They should replace the wiimote & nun-chuk with these. Imagine they used the sword and shield with built-in motion sensors! Epic gameplay.

  • i want those tryd to made my self out of wood …….. but that did NOT work 🙁

  • darkgerudo

I'll admit, I wouldn't mind having the Master Sword. Well a second one so I can send it to the author of the Real Life webcomic.

  • wwlinkisbest

Oh Gosh man i really want one!

  • Richard

    DO WANT!!!!!

  • BloodyBlade

    Want So Badly!!!

  • BellaKazza

Lame, it's all style but no substance.
All it's good for is cosplay (Maybe) and display.
But if I pay that much for stuff like this then I want to go toe to toe with Cold Steel training swords that are virtually indestructible.

    • Darktoonlink88

      It's meant for cosplaying…

  • Scathe

Needz moar Minish Cap herp derp

  • CommanderLink

    Umm.
this site has been around for YEARS guys, i think the guy has moved on in life, the site hasnt been changed in years.
i don't think he cares for it anymore as he hasnt been taking orders since like 2008,

Anyway, there are less costly, almost as accurate master swords around on the web, there is one made by globalgear, it has the wrong colours but the exact same sword as in twilight rincess.

    • Shadowknight1

Don't buy the one SOLD, not made, by Global Gear. Their shipping is far overpriced. You can get the same sword on eBay for a lot less.

      • CommanderLink

very true, i was just referencing them as i don't know who else sells them.

  • Larwaa

Knew about that site before the TP additions were made, hasn't changed lol.
Used to sit and stare at the site, wanting to buy the Dark Link set. It is just, so, friggin', awesome.
Am I the only one thinking that Aaron is obliged to start working with this again?

  • Link4eva

I must… nay, WILL have one!! BWAHAHA… or something like that. Anywho, they're freakin' awesome.

  • Punnutty

There is just one giant problem, if Link buys one of these and doesn't go on his long quest to get the master sword, say goodbye too hyrule and hope that Mario,Kirby,Marth,Ike or even sonic if he can break tabuu's wings he can defeat Ganondorf. hahahahaha sorry bad joke I know but it was funny.

  • rogue

all i need now is green leatards, a hores, those beauties and a fairy that wont shut it's mouth and i would be link. and dont forget ganon

  • Cole Who loves MS's

Sweet! I was looking for a new Master Sword and shield, THIS IS AWESOME!!!

  • anamelessmonster

    Do want.
But I don't plan on going on any perilous adventures in Hyrule any time soon.

  • I will always remember the times of the Master Sword and Hylian Shield. duh Nuh NUh NUH NUH!!!!! You got the Hylian Shield, (shortly afterward I'm in Hyrule field testing out it's cool features.

  • vick

wow those are pretty shitty work right there. basiclly cheap toy weapons

    • Your prejudice against Zelda blinds you, Erim. These are masterpiece replicas of the Master Swords others are known to craft. That he would even consider using fiberglass as a substitute for metal proves his ingeniousness.

Could you ever do any better?

      • vick

well arent you a litttle smart ass, from now on ill refer to you as smart ass. to answer your question smart ass no, i am not a blacksmith so i dont work with metal craft all to often. whats the point in making trash like these if they arent even made from steel its basiclly a useless toy.

        • Yes, I am indeed apart of a smart class. Apparently you aren't. Don't you know that children could be seriously injured if struck with the thin part of a flat metal piece? With fiberglass the worse you're likely to get is a welt, or a simple bruise. But you evidently don't care about that; you'd just want some sharp blade to maim or do less to any adversary. So, these aren't "useless toys"; they're designed to be protection against liable fatality.

  • Vio714

i like the old sword better. i can't see the diffrents on the shelds

  • Blah-Blah

    Parents are freak-fucking bitches.

  • THE JOE

You get me all exicited about a new nerd toy and then make me cry by telling me he's not taking orders! that's just cruel. . .

  • Anomynous

    Can It kill Ganon?????

  • zelda

    i wish i had one

  • Troll

What is that? Are you suppose to use those things to shit in?

  • MLink96

    SO AMAZING! I love it!

  • Yoshi

i hate to go on a rant but it seems that everyone that makes zelda cosplay items ALWAYS go with the master sword/hylian shield design. i mean come on… theres so many diffrent swords and shields in the zelda series so why do so many ppl go with the linear path of making the master sword/shield that hundreds of ppl have made before?

what about the gilded sword? the diffrent kinds of mirror shields? the biggoron sword? the wooden shields? (the wooden shields HAS to be the most simple and basic shield to make to!) cmon ppl, think a bit outside of the box…

  • link hatsune

i wouold sell both of my legs, my kidney and one eye to get one of those ;L

  • Aaron Majewski

Since the scabbard of the Ocarina of Time Master Sword seems to be based off of the official art and/or render in Ocarina of Time 3D, The Ocarina of Time Master Sword replica’s scabbard shown on this page is wrong since it has a big empty space on the scabbard, which does not exist in neither the artwork nor OoT3D render AT ALL, which bothers me, if its supposed to be a replica don’t put something that’s NOT there. I can assume it was added there due to the (most likely) increased length in comparison to the game’s actual length of the sword, though I don’t think that should be done, but if you increase the swords length, improvise on the scabbard’s design by removing this empty space and add the space directly under the top rim on the scabbard and filling in the empty space with an extra design identical to the rest of the scabbard’s design (or even taken from the n64 render of the scabbard), as good a design as Ocarina of Time and its 3ds version has for the scabbard, it doesn’t deserve having a lazy big space on the scabbard.. Secondly, the Hylian Shield is missing it’s signature wood on the back, as well as the entire shield itself seems too narrow in comparison to the Twilight Princess one. Fiberglass Blades does make good replicas (I have seen a flawless replica of the uncensored crescent version of the Mirror Shield), but I find that the issue the Master Sword’s scabbard and the Hylian Shield have, make it seem not worth buying, given how expensive they are. I cannot find the price of the OOT Master Sword on his/her site, but one of the listings that the TP Master Sword has was $900. The greatest thing I liked about Ocarina and Ocarina 3D’s Master Sword was it’s gem on the Crossguard and moreso it’s scabbard. But considering the replica wasn’t taken seriously, it doesn’t seem worth it. I could actually commission someone to make a perfect replica of both the sword and scabbard and it would come to around $300~400.
