Great balls of fire!

That’s right kids, not just the season finale, but the finale of the entire series. This super-sized episode is jam-packed with everything you could hope for in an ending episode to the Legend of Neil. And then some.

We only wish that the spin-off joke at the end was legit. Ah well.

For those of you watching this Zelda parody program for three years and wondering just what will happen when Neil comes face to face with Gannon in Death Mountain… now you will find out. Will Neil triumph? Will Gannon send him back to his own world? Will those creepy Octorocks make a return?

Find out after the jump!

Warning: vulgar language andย hilariousย parody. Side effects include: indigestion, laughter, stomach pain, and death.

Wish the real zelda games ended like that… stupid PG-13 ๐Ÿ˜‰

      • I actually meant that Link became king and restored peace to Hyrule, for however long it was he served.

        • Joko tree

That would explain why he rescued Zelda the second time. And why nobody yelled at him for going in there homes. Also Zelda should have killed Link in the end of Zelda 2 for cheating on her with loads of prostitutes, i'm only asuming that because of the way to regain life in the Legend of Neil.

            Sorry for the bad grammer.

  • meh

Yay it's finally over! I have always hated it with a passion but I am sorry for all the fans out there.

    • Zaros

you can dislike whatever you want but why hate it with passion? just dont watch it and ignore it in the news ¬¬

      • meh

i know i don't watch it and i always ignored the news i just added "with passion" for no reason ๐Ÿ˜›

    • ChainofTermina

well, jeeze. I'm not a fan of this either, never watched it, not really into live action adaptations of Zelda. but you don't see me hating on the thing.

man, you don't have to be a jerk about it.

Sure thing, in the future should I submit news to you guys even if I'm not 100% sure you guys don't know? ๐Ÿ˜€

        • Triforce of the Gods

I don't even bother anymore, they always take a day to get these things up that by the time they do, other sites already got it out ๐Ÿ˜›

        • bastian

Yes, please! Because we REALLY do appreciate it when people submit us news, even stuff we've already written and scheduled to publish (which happens a LOT; we write stuff sometimes days ahead of when it is scheduled to publish on the site) because you never know when we've missed something. ๐Ÿ˜€

tl;dr: YES! Please send us all and any news. We really do appreciate it!

  • Lyra

You're blowing what they said out of proportion. They didn't say it like that. All they did was simply state their opinion and say they were glad the series was over. And in another comment they stated that there was no real reason why they added "with a passion". Nothing more to it, dude. Just move along. And to give my input, I wasn't very interested in the series either.

    • ChainofTermina

neither was I. but like I said, there are lots of people here who really like it. and Meh was aware of that. so it just seemed kinda rude of him to express such joy in it's ending with such exclamation.

      • Richter

I for one wholeheartedly agree with Meh in his relief/joy.

Just because a lot of people love it we're not allowed to genuinely hate it? And honestly state our opinion as such? I could see if he was being an obvious troll and telling you y'all are stupid for watching it but really.. He didn't. :p

"Hate with a passion" is one of my favorite goofy sayings. I use it a lot too, even if I don't truly mean it in that way. XD

        • ChainofTermina

if you genuinely hate it and want to honestly state your opinion, it would be a bit more respectful to say something like "I'm not a fan of this at all and I never watched it, so, I'm not really all that upset to see it go."

  • I'm sad to see this end. I don't know why this happened because I was never part of the show in any way at all, but I'm still proud of how the show managed to grow so much in the three years it was being made.

    Anyway -raises beer- Kill Link!

    • Triforce of the Gods

      *cheers* KILL LINK!

      *Raises Beer* KILL LINK!

  • Joko tree

Why did it have to end? There are other Zelda games.

  • Joko tree

But the timeline theorists must be punching them selves; who would have thought it went LOZ then SMB,Nintendo thats who.

    • Joko tree

Sorry thats not Nintendo not "Nintendo thats who."

  • Scrivs

ok I know this doesn't have to do with the legend of Neil but I have to ask: why isn't zeldauniverse covering any news about Skyward Sword at Paris Games Week? Or is it just that they only showed the same demo and no new information was unveiled?

    • bastian

There was zilch new at Paris Games Week. You'll notice that NONE of the Zelda sites are coving it because there's nothing to cover.

I suppose we could write a story that says: "Yup, as expected: same demo. Nothing new" . . . . ๐Ÿ˜€

  • ZoraMikau

Does anyone know if there are plans for them to do something else with the eil series? Maybe take it into another game? The ending was sad, funny, and everything else you could think of. I hope something else happens with it.

    • bastian

No, they are not planning on doing any more Legend of Neil. And the SMB parody at the end is just a joke and there is no intent to actually make that into a series.

      It's all over. ๐Ÿ˜€

      • Joko tree

  • Gannon Banned

    • Triforce of the Gods

No, it's based on the original LoZ so they stuck with Gannon, which was only corrected in the GBA port.

  • Azerik

Anyone else notice that they ripped the moves from Neo's last fight with Agent Smith in the Matrix?
