IGN had the chance to get their hands on Spirit Tracks at Nintendo’s E3 booth, and had the courtesy to record their session with the game. The video covers most all of the basics of moving on the train – you can even read the tutorial text bubbles.

What we thought before has now also been confirmed; all of the tracks go to the same destination, and it is up to the player to choose which path he or she believes is the safest and quickest. Choose wrong, and you could end up in a tunnel facing one of those giant, strutting one-eyed monsters!

We’ve added this video to our Spirit Tracks videos page. If you want to see all the pertinent videos released about Spirit Tracks thus far, head over there and have a look.

  • Who is talking in the train? =O Linebeck?

I think the Phantom sidekick thingy.

  • Master Jedi

It looks kind of boring. The cannon is exactly the sane as it was on PH. Can we at least get some sort of cannon upgrade?
